1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Leadtify platform at leadtify.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and should cease usage immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Leadtify provides lead intelligence and social listener data analytics by compiling public social information. You may purchase data on a pay-per-download basis or subscribe to our Unlimited Subscription ($290/month).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time without notice.

3. User Account Responsibilities

When you create an account via Google OAuth:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Our billing practices are governed by the following terms:

  • Subscription Plans: Gói Subscription Unlimited ($290/month) is billed on a recurring monthly cycle. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your user dashboard.
  • Stripe Billing: Payments are securely charged using Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a money-back guarantee under verified circumstances. Single-file purchases and subscription packages may be refunded if there was a technical failure in providing the exported CSV leads.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Attempting to scrap, crawl, or mass-download our database using automated bots or scrapers.
  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing your subscription account credentials with third parties.
  • Using Leadtify extracted leads for spamming, harassment, or illegal direct marketing campaigns violating CAN-SPAM or other regulations.
