Cream Cake with Lemon
Ingredients
- 5 eggs;
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar;
- 2 cups of flour;
1 pack of cream;
- 1 tsp baking powder coffee;
- lemon zest.
Preparation
1. Beat the whole eggs well with the sugar until you get a foam-like consistency.
2. Add the cream and beat a little more.
3. Mix the flour and baking powder and finally the lemon zest.
4. Bake in a greased and sprinkled mold until the toothpick comes out dry.
5. Decorate to taste.
